This is an excellent collection of poems, and short stories by very creative and entertaining authors such as Rudyard Kipling, A.B. Peterson, Aesop,Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, and Hans Christian Anderson.

In these original versions of well loved classics, a reader can get a glimpse into the time era whence it was written by the language espoused by the pages.

Such a beautiful read (381 pages).

A must read to all children, and adults who need that reminder that once life was..more creative than we allow ourselves to be sometimes in our wrinkly state. ( )
