The vocabulary is too advanced for "kids." It consists mostly of the sonnets and play segments high school students memorized back in the late 1970s. It was fun to revisit the memorable passages and sonnets. Library catalogs link this with the Dover thrift edition entitled Shakespeare: A Book of Quotations so you don't need to purchase one if you own the other. This one does contain some illustrations.
