This is one of Shakespeare's classic stories. Imagine you met these people and they could predict the future. You go to them one time and they proclaim you will be a millionaire by tomorrow and the next day you are a millionaire. You go back to them again and ask for another 'fortune-telling' and they say you will become a billionaire by tomorrow. You do become a billionaire by tomorrow. Now you would fully trust these people and their fortune telling. You go up to them again asking for more predictions and they say you will lose everything. However, with all your power and wealth, you refuse to listen to them. The next day, you lose everything you got.

Macbeth has the same storyline as my explanation, however, you have to read the book to find out more because that may not be all that happens. ( )
